Flyff/Online Game Terminologies

RM ka ba pwede pa baps? Full ha.. wag na haste.

 When I play this online game, di ko kinaya ang mga terminologies, but some terms naintindihan ko naman waaaa.. because of the yahoo messenger languages like brb, gtg.. hahahaha.

Nosebleed talaga ako at first. And its hard to understand if you’re playing it alone with no friends, and no nice player na pwede ka mag-ask. Im just an Assist(1st job of my vagrant character) that time, when someone approaches sa astig na character.. he’s a ring master (a.k.a. RM), this character has the ability to buffs another character with their special powers like haste, add hp and mp, etc.

For those who will play this game (Flyff) or other online games, maybe this some terminologies can help you out..

FlyFF– fly for fun (unang una talaga)

RM–Ring Master

BP–Billposter

PK–Player Kill (before there’s only one on each server that has this PK mode)

NPC–Non-Playing Characters(Characters for quest, trading, etc.)

AFK–Away from keyboard(lunch time or dinner time)

BRB-be right back(just like in ym)

LBO–leave best offer(traders shout this to their personal store)

AW-its an expression, pwede rin alternative for ouch (whenever nabigla ka or wala lang, just want to say something lang)

ASANESS-its a word for those mayayabang or sometimes they used this for those na nag-aangas (ASA hahaha)

LAG– Latency at Game (when your player get stuck because of the internet connection issue. you’re dead when you log in again hehehe, too bad for my experience points that i gained)

NP–no problem

PVP–Player vs. Player

PvM–Player vs. Monster

OMG–Oh my God

AOE–Are of Effect

IMO–In my opinion

DC–Disconnect

RC–Reconnect

RP–Repots

WB–welcome back (when someone gets back after the LAG)

TY–thank you(kahit di ka naglalaro ng online game heheh)

IGN–In Game Name

TNT–takbo na tayo.. (when a boss monster approaches you, and you dont have enough potion or there’s no available healer, run before you die)

BAPS–tagalog term for BUFFS (to help you add some stat points, like int, str, dex)

INT–Intelligence

STR–Strength

DEX–Dexterity

STA–Stamina

LEECH/TANK (We need someone with lots of STA, they’re the one who will first attack the monsters to get their attentions, or if a higher level char is in a party with lower ones)

PARTY-the term used for group of players that plays in the the same map and server to make the levelling faster, through valuables and high level member of the party (assist bida dito saka RM)

WAFU–handsome

DANDA–pretty

MAKUNAT–high sta or dex, its takes a lot of time to kill this character

WOKIE–Okey

PSY–Psykeeper

ELEM–Elementor

ACRO–Acrobat

GW–Guild war

CW–Clockworks

SF–Spirit fortune(for rm)

SB–Spirit Bomb(for psy)

fanet–ugly;panget

OL–online

FC–Fortune Circle

KK–ok(pinaganda lang)
